When a team recruits from the inside, they have a better idea of what they can expect from their new talent, as all of the information would be more readily available.
For the Bedford F.C. will need for success is the continuous performance from their veterans, such as Lawley, and some newer talent in the mix. The nice combination of both will prove to be very effective for Howarth, and the Eagles will find that they are having a much better time. This will increase their chances to move toward a cup, something that the fans of this team have been waiting on for quite a while. Fortunately, with Howarth at the helm, the chance for this team’s success is a lot greater than in years past.
